Cancellations, Refunds, & No-Shows

Sessions: We ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, please cancel within 48 hours. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be responsible for 1/2 of the session fee. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100% of the session fee. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours or “no-show” appointments, you will be responsible for the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Trainings: There is a no-refund policy. However, we do understand that there are certain life circumstances that come up. For sickness, death in the family or other emergencies, your payment is transferrable to a different/upcoming training.

Retreats: Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different retreat date. 

Additional retreat costs: A full refund is available for an unforeseen circumstance, if made 2 months before the start of the retreat. There are no other refunds allotted 2 months out from the retreat.

Events: There is a no-refund policy. However, if you need to miss the event you signed up for, due to an unforeseen emergency or circumstance, you can transfer your ticket to a future event. It is your responsibility to email Brooke the event date and time to transfer your event ticket.
